Abstract
The 2-Storey House Construction Project with Precast system is located in Ciputat – South Tangerang, Tangerang – Banten. With the construction of the Synthesis House using the precast system, of course, it is a new thing in the Mass House construction system, the author analyzes the structural elements in the building using the precast construction method and the connection system that uses embedded, in order to be able to support the working loads including earthquake loads. The construction of the house is used as a dwelling, the planned building must be able to carry the existing load. The data were analyzed using the ETABS program for structural analysis. Proyek Pembangunan Rumah 2 Lantai dengan sistem Precast berada di Ciputat – Tangerang Selatan, Tangerang – Banten . Dengan adanya pembangunan Rumah Syntesis dengan menggunakan sistem precast tersebut tentu saja merupakan hal yang baru pada sistem pembangunan Rumah Masal, penulis melakukan Analisa terhadap elemen-elemen struktur pada bangunan tersebut yang menggunakan metode pembangunan precast dan system sambungan yang menggunakan embedded, agar dapat mampu mendukung beban-beban yang berkerja termasuk beban gempa. Pembangunan Rumah tersebut digunakan sebagai hunian, bangunan yang direncanakan harus mampu memikul beban yang ada. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program ETABS untuk analisa struktur.
