Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Perbandingan Koefisien Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Metode Ahsp Pupr 2022 Dan Kondisi Aktual Pada Pekerjaan Balok, Pelat, Dan Kolom (Studi Kasus Proyek Cibinong City Mall Extention), Nama : Andhika Prawira Yudha Santosa, NIM : 41119210012, Dosen Pembimbing : Ir. Hamonangan Girsang ,S.T, M.T, IPU, ACPE, 2022 Proyek konstruksi yang terdiri dari berbagai macam pekerjaan yang harus dilakukan, dari yang sederhana maupun kompleks, baik menggunakan tenaga manusia maupun menggunakan tenaga mesin sangat mempengaruhi produktivitas pekerjaan,Pada proyek pembangunan konstruksi di Bali menjelaskan bahwa Produktivitas tenaga kerja dilapangan lebih besar 20% dari produktivitas rencana sehingga waktu yang dibutuhkan lebih cepat 30 hari dari waktu perencanaan (Warsika,2017). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi langsung dilapangan dan menghitung langsung tenaga kerja yang terlibat dalam pekerjaan struktur kolom, balok dan pelat pada pekerjaan pembesian, pekerjaan bekisting, pekerjaan pengecoran untuk mendapatkan koefisien tenaga kerja selama 30 hari. Koefisien tenaga kerja di lapangan pada pekerjaan balok yaitu pada pembesian balok 0,0078 OH untuk tukang,lalu pada koefisien tenaga kerja AHSP PUPR 2022 0.7 OH untuk tukang. Koefisien tenaga kerja di lapangan pada pekerjaan balok yaitu pada pembesian balok 0,0078 OH untuk tukang,lalu pada koefisien tenaga kerja AHSP PUPR 2022 0.7 OH untuk tukang. Koefisien tenaga kerja di lapangan pada pekerjaan pelat yaitu pada pembesian pelat 0,005 OH untuk tukang,lalu pada koefisien tenaga kerja AHSP PUPR 2022 0.7 OH untuk tukang. Koefisien tenaga kerja di lapangan pada pekerjaan kolom yaitu pada pembesian kolom 0,025 OH untuk tukang,lalu pada koefisien tenaga kerja AHSP PUPR 2022 0.7 OH untuk tukang.
