Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Pemanfaatan Limbah wadah Telur sebagai Substitusi Agregat Halus dan Pemanfaatan Limbah Genteng sebagai Substitusi Agregat Kasar Terhadap Kuat Tekan Beton, Nama : Firmanudin Aziz, NIM : 41119210007, Dosen Pembimbing : Prof.Dr.Ir.Drs. Syafwandi, M,Sc. 2023. Seiring dengan semakin pesatnya kebutuhan manusia modern akan bangunan tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan sumber daya alam yang semakin hari semakin menipis, dengan hal ini mendorong untuk lebih memperhatikan standar mutu dan juga produktivitas kerja yang berperan serta dalam pembangunan kontruksi yang lebih berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh wadah telur sebagai bahan substitusi agregat halus dengan genteng sebagai substitusi agregat kasar terhadap kuat tekan beton. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mencampurkan wadah telur dengan genteng pada campuran beton dan presentase penggunaan limbah wadah telur yaitu (10%, 15% dan 25%) dari berat pasir dan penggunaan genteng yaitu (10% dan 15%) dari berat agregat kasar dengan total beton uji yaitu 36 buah. dengan kuat tekan beton normal Fc’ 25 MPa. Kata Kunci: Beton, Wadah Telur, Genteng, Kuat Tekan, Mix Design, Substitusi. ABSTRACT Title : Analysis of Utilization of Egg Tray Waste as a Substitution of Fine Aggregate and Utilization of Tile Waste as a Substitution of Coarse Aggregate for Concrete Compressive Strength, Name : Firmanudin Aziz, NIM : 41119210007, Advisor : Prof.Dr.Ir.Drs. Syafwandi, M.Sc. 2023. Along with the increasingly rapid needs of modern humans for buildings, they cannot be separated from natural resources which are increasingly depleting, with this encouraging to pay more attention to quality standards and also work productivity that participates in the construction of higher quality buildings. This study aims to find out how the effect of egg tray as a substitute for fine aggregate with tile as a substitute for coarse aggregate on the compressive strength of concrete. The purpose of this study was to mix egg tray with roof tiles in the concrete mixture and use the percentage of egg tray waste (10%, 15% and 25%) by weight of sand and use of roof tiles (10% and 15%) by weight of coarse aggregate to total concrete. test is 36 pieces. with normal concrete compressive strength Fc' 25 MPa.
