Abstract

The meeting between the two types of road transportation infrastructure and the railroad is one form of meeting that can cause problems. One example of a crossing problem where the two types of transportation infrastructure meet is on Bendi Utama street, South Jakarta. As a result of these conditions, it is necessary to carry out an analysis of the effect of closing railroad crossings on road performance using the greenshield and underwood methods to determine the relationship between volume, speed and density and the shockwave method to determine queue length and length of delay time and use MKJI 1997 guidelines to determine road capacity This study aims to determine the traffic characteristics before and after entering the railroad crossing on Jl. Bendi Utama, knowing the journey of trains that pass through level crossings on Jl. Bendi Utama, find out how much the delay, recovery time and the length of the queue due to the rail gate. The research method was carried out to collect and analyze primary and secondary data, the results of the analysis obtained the highest level of road service, which was obtained on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 16:30 - 17:30 which resulted in a LOS value of 0.85 so that the level of service in conditions E which indicates unstable current conditions, low speed and different, volume close to capacity From the analysis results obtained a mathematical relationship between volume, speed and density, the greenshield method coefficient = 0.997. Closure of the longest train gate with a closing duration of 94 seconds and a queue length of (QM) = 1.128 km and a delay obtained on Jalan Bendi Utama, South Jakarta, was 1652.6 seconds/pcu. So that the closure of the railway gate will worsen the performance of Jalan Bendi Utama, South Jakarta Keywords: Greenshield, Shockwave, Level of Service, Queue Length, Delay Pertemuan antara dua jenis prasarana transportasi jalan raya dengan rel kereta api merupakan salah satu bentuk pertemuan yang dapat menimbulkan masalah. Salah satu contoh dari permasalahan perlintasan pertemuan antara dua jenis prasarana transportasi yaitu di Jalan Bendi Utama, Jakarta Selatan. Akibat dari kondisi tersebut maka perlu diadakannya analisis pengaruh penutupan palang pintu kereta api terhadapat kinerja jalan dengan menggunakan metode greenshield dan underwood untuk mengetahui hubungan volume, kecepatan dan kerapatan dan dengan metode shockwave untuk menentukan panjang antrian dan lamanya waktu tundaan serta menggunakan pedoman MKJI 1997 untuk menentukan kapasitas jalan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik lalu lintas sebelum dan sesudah memasuki perlintaan kereta api di Jl. Bendi Utama, mengetahui perjalanan kereta api yang melalui perlintasan sebidang di Jl. Bendi utama, mengetahui berapa besar tundaan, waktu pemulihan dan panjang antrian akibat palang pintu kereta api. Metode penelitian dilaksanakan untuk mengumpulkan serta menganalisa data primer dan sekunder, hasil analisa yang didapat tingkat pelayanan jalan tertinggi yaitu didapat pada hari Rabu,30 November 2022 pukul 16:30 – 17:30 yang menghasilkan nilai LOS sebesar 0,85 sehingga tingkat pelayanan pada kondisi E yang menunjukan kondisi arus tidak stabil, kecepatan rendah dan berbeda-beda, volume mendekati kapasitas Dari hasil analisa didapat hubungan matematis antara volume, kecepatan dan kerapatan, didapat nilai koefisien metode greenshield = 0,997. Penutupan palang pintu kereta api terlama dengan durasi penutupan 94 detik dan panjang antrian yaitu sebesar (QM) = 1,128 km serta tundaan yang didapatkan dijalan Bendi Utama Jakarta Selatan sebesar 1652,6 detik/smp. Sehingga dengan adanya penutupan palang pintu kereta api akan memperburuk keadaan kinerja jalan Bendi Utama Jakarta Selatan Kata Kunci: Greenshield, Shockwave, Tingkat Pelayanan, Panjang Antrian, Tundaan
