Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Faktor Motivasi Kerja dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Lembur Pada Proyek Konstruksi, Nama : Muhammad Krisna Aji Pangestu, Nim 41118310007, Dosen pembimbing : Novika Candra Fertilia, ST., MT, 2023. Pengadaan kerja lembur diharapkan bisa mengejar keterlambatan suatu proyek, namun adanya kerja lembur (overtime) ini, seringkali menimbulkan konsekuensi yaitu berupa penurunan motivasi. Penurunan produktivitas para pekerja ini kemungkinan disebabkan kurangnya rasa peduli pekerja terhadap motivasi yang nantinya akan berdampak positif bagi para pekerja, kurang fokusnya pekerja ketika melakukan pekerjaan dan pekerja yang sering bersantai-santai pada waktu kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja lembur serta mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja lembur dan efektivitas kerja lembur di proyek pembangunan RS. Mitra Siaga Tarub. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data ialah kuesioner, yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS 20.0 for Windows untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja lembur. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja lembur, dengan persamaan regresi Y = 1,912 - 0,399 X1 + 0,835 X2 + 0,854 X3 - 0,115 X4 + 0,254 X5. Persamaan regresi ini juga menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kerja lembur. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja yaitu kebutuhan akan rasa aman dengan pernyaataan adanya fasilitas kesehatan dan kotak P3K bagi para pekerja yang telah tersedia saat pelaksanaan kerja lembur, adanya asuransi kesehatan bagi pada pekerja yang mengikuti kerja lembur, dan adanya security/satpam yang menjaga keamanan lokasi proyek saat kerja lembur. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kerja lembur yaitu banyaknya pekerjaan yang dikerjakan saat lembur, ketepatan waktu kerja dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan saat lembur dan usaha pekerja dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan saat lembur. Procurement of overtime work is expected to be able to make up for delays in a project, but the existence of overtime work (overtime) often has consequences, namely a decrease in motivation. The decrease in worker productivity is likely due to the lack of workers' concern for motivation which will later have a positive impact on workers, workers' lack of focus when doing work and workers who often relax at work time. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on the effectiveness of overtime work and to find out what factors can increase the motivation to work overtime and the effectiveness of overtime work in hospital construction projects. Tarub Standby Partners. The method used in data collection was a questionnaire, which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20.0 for Windows to find out how work motivation influences the effectiveness of overtime work. The results of multiple linear regression analysis in this study indicate that work motivation factors affect the effectiveness of overtime work, with the regression equation Y = 1.912 - 0.399 X1 + 0.835 X2 + 0.854 X3 - 0.115 X4 + 0.254 X5. This regression equation also shows that work motivation has a positive effect on the effectiveness of overtime work. The results of data analysis indicate factors that can increase work motivation, namely the need for a sense of security with the statement that there are health facilities and first aid kits for workers that are available during overtime work, the existence of health insurance for workers who take part in overtime work, and the existence of security/ security guard who maintains the security of the project site during overtime work. While the factors that can increase the effectiveness of overtime work are the amount of work done during overtime, the punctuality of work in completing work during overtime and the efforts of workers in completing work during overtime.
