Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Proses Pembangunan Proyek Jakarta International Stadium Nama : Andhy Pratama, NIM : 41118210028, Dosen Pembimbing : Ir.Mohamad Sobirin,SE,, ST., MM., MT., IPM. Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi di Indonesia telah berlangsung kurang lebih 20 bulan, Di era pandemi Covid-19 ini, perubahan adalah keharusan, karena adaptasi saja tidaklah cukup. Pelaku usaha tidak bisa hanya berjalan, tetapi juga harus mencari jalan keluar lainnya. Selain sektor kesehatan, pandemi Covid-19 juga berdampak terhadap sektor lainnya, salah satunya adalah sektor pembangunan Proyek Jakarta International Stadium. Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak dalam bidang konstruksi, selain keterlambatan proyek, juga dalam distribusi material dan bahan konstruksi, pemangkasan tenaga kerja/buruh, pemangkasan jam kerja . Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS untuk menemukan faktor yang paling dominan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data melalui teknik kuesioner (angket) kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution), dengan teknik analisis data dengan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, analisis korelasi dam uji regresi. Berdasarkan Uji t secara parsial yang telah dianilisi, faktor yang paling dominan penyebab keterlambatan yang berpegaruh signifikan terhadap pelaksanaan proyek Jakarta international Stadium adalah Faktor Kurangnya jumlah peralatan yang ingin digunakan, dengan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 4,528 > 2,179. Faktor Tidak lengkapnya identifikasi jenis pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 4,020 > 2,179 Faktor Kemampuan Oprator dalam mengoprasikan Alat berat dengan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 3,305 > 2,179 Kata kunci: Pandemi Covid-19, Keterlambatan Proyek, Kuesioner SPSS ABSTRACT Title : Impact of The Covid-19 Pandemic on the Construction Process of the Jakarta International Stadium Project Name : Andhy Pratama, NIM : 41118210028, Supervisor : Ir.Mohamad Sobirin, SE, ST., MM., MT., IPM.
