Abstract

Perkembangan industri kesehatan Indonesia di Indonesia, termasuk industri farmasi telah berkembang pesat. Sekitar 90% kebutuhan obat Indonesia sudah bisa dipenuhi oleh industri farmasi dalam negeri. Bahkan Indonesia telah mengekspor produk farmasi ke beberapa negara ASEAN. Industri farmasi memiliki pangsa terbesar kedua dalam industri pengolahan non migas nasional. Ada beberapa fenomena yang terjadi, salah satunya adalah produsen suplemen makanan menarik produknya, karena mengandung zat yang dianggap berbahaya bagi kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbaikan yang akan dilakukan untuk mengurangi cacat produk kaplet pada perusahaan farmasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Taguchi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas hasil produksi kaplet sesuai dengan eksperimen pendekatan desain eksperimental Taguchi dengan karakter kualitas nominal adalah yang terbaik adalah 30 Kilopound dari proses yang ditetapkan. Hasil percobaan yang dilakukan diperoleh faktor beserta tingkat massa 3 (23,07 mg), tingkat ketebalan 2 (22,04 mm) dan waktu Tingkat hancur 3 (15 menit). Hasil verifikasi eksperimental ditafsirkan dalam kesimpulan. There are several phenomena that occur, one of which is that food supplement manufacturers withdraw their products, because they contain substances that are considered harmful to health. The purpose of this study is to find out the improvements that will be made to reduce caplet product defects in pharmaceutical companies. The method used is Taguchi. The results showed that the factors that affect the quality of caplet production results in accordance with the experiment of Taguchi's experimental design approach with the character of nominal quality is the best 30 Kilopounds of the established process. The results of the experiments carried out obtained factors along with mass level level 3 (23.07 mg), thickness level 2 (22.04 mm) and time Crushed level 3 (15 minutes).
