Abstract
This study aims to determine the description of negative affect and positive affect on individuals who work at home and who do not work at home during the Covid 19 pandemic. This research approach uses descriptive quantitative methods. The subjects of this study were individuals who worked at home and those who did not work at home, totaling 316 respondents. The results of this study indicate that individuals who work at home and those who do not work at home do not have problems or feel the same when respondents work at home or not at home. Keywords : Covid 19, Positive Affect Negative Affect, Wrok From Home, Work From Office Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dari afek negatif dan afek positif pada individu yang bekerja dirumah dan yang tidak bekerja dirumah pada masa pandemi Covid 19. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah individu yang berkerja dirumah maupun yang tidak bekerja dirumah yang berjumlah 316 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa individu yang bekerja dirumah dan yang tidak bekerja dirumah tidak memiliki masalah atau merasa sama saja saat responden bekerja di rumah maupun bukan dirumah.
