Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT Jayakarta Agung Offset di Mangga Dua Selatan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT Jayakarta Agung Offset di Mangga Dua Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 58 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 58. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi, Komitmen Organisasi dan Turnover Intention ABSTRACT This study is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, compensation and organizational commitment on turnover intention of employees of PT Jayakarta Agung Offset. The object of this research is employees who work at PT Jayakarta Agung Offset. This research was conducted on 58 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination Determination of sample size using a saturated sample so that all members of the population are sampled. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Compensation, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention
