Abstract

Lazada Indonesia is part of the Lazada group which is a shopping destination in Southeast Asia and has operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines with Singapore as the headquarters location. How to improve purchasing decisions Lazada Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the ease of use of lazada purchasing decisions, to test and analyze product quality of lazada purchasing decisions, to test and analyze price perceptions of lazada purchasing decisions. In this sample research, the number is 220 consumers who have shopped at Lazada. The sampling technique used in this study was the non-probability sampling technique. The sampling method was convenience sampling. The research data analysis method uses SEM-PLS with the help of PLS software. The results of this study indicate that ease of use has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Ease of Use, Product Quality, Perceived Price, Purchase Decision Lazada Indonesia merupakan bagian dari lazada group yang menjadi tujuan belanja di Asia Tenggara telah beroperasi di Singapura, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, dan Filipina dengan Singapura sebagai lokasi kantor pusat. Bagaimana untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian Lazada Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji serta menganalisis kemudahan penggunaan terhadap keputusan pembelian lazada, untuk menguji serta menganalisis kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian lazada, untuk menguji serta menganalisis persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian di Lazada. Dalam penelitian sampel ini jumlah adalah 220 konsumen sudah pernah belanja Lazada. Teknik sampel yang di gunakan penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik non-probability sampling metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan convience sampling. Metode analisis data penelitian menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan bantuan software PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Kemudahan Penggunaan, Kualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga, Keputusan Pembelian
