Abstract

Office is a place where people work together to achieve a common goal. Office as a work area requires adequate natural lighting one of the important factors in the design of space to support the user's convenience on must be able to meet the three main criteria of quality, quantity, and lighting rules. Lack of lighting support in a space cause the activity in the room is disrupted for example when the lighting is too excessive will result in disturbing the vision. The purpose of this study is to understand the application of natural and artificial lighting systems to PT.Eterniti Sarana Berkat office buildings along with visual comforts generated. Visual comfort is needed in office buildings because it has a direct effect on doing activities smoothly and have a good work productivity. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, that is through observation, measurement using lux meter then forwarded with weighting all acquisition result of analysis to form conclusion. Keyword: Lighting system, Visual Comfort, Office Kantor merupakan tempat dimana orang-orang bekerja bersama-sama untuk mencapai suatu tujuan yang telah ditetapkan bersama. Kantor sebagai area kerja membutuhkan pencahayaan alami yang memadai salah satu faktor penting dalam perancangan ruang untuk menunjang kenyamanan pengguna pada harus dapat memenuhi tiga kriteria utama yaitu kualitas, kuantitas, dan aturan pencahayaan. Kurangnya dukungan pencahayaan dalam suatu ruang mengakibatkan aktivitas dalam ruangan tersebut terganggu misalnya ketika pencahayaan terlalu berlebihan akan berakibat menggangu penglihatan. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah memahami penerapan sistem pencahayaan alami dan buatan pada bangunan kantor PT.Eterniti Sarana Berkat beserta kenyamanan Visual yang di hasilkan. Kenyamanan visual sangat dibutuhkan pada bangunan kantor karena berpengaruh langsung dalam melakukan aktivitas dengan lancar dan memiliki produktivitas kerja yang baik.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu melalui observasi, pengukuran menggunakan lux meter lalu diteruskan dengan pembobotan seluruh perolehan hasil analisa menjadi bentuk kesimpulan.
