Abstract

This study aims to find out, describe and illustrate how company management makes strategies to deal with and resolve crises during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a constructivist paradigm with a descriptive research type using a qualitative approach, where data collection techniques are through indepth interviews with informants. The results of this study found the fact that PT. Sumber Cipta Anugerah has successfully weathered the Crisis. Company can survive. How does the company's crisis management team implement a crisis resolution strategy to keep the company operating during the Covid-19 pandemic? Even in August of the same year, namely 2020, the company has again recruited new employe. Keywords: Crisis, Chrisis Management, Strategic enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan serta menggambarkan bagaimana para jajaran manajemen perusahaan menghadapi dan menyelesaikan krisis di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivis dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, dimana teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam kepada narasumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini di temukan fakta bahwa PT. Sumber Cipta Anugerah telah berhasil melewati Krisis. perusahaan bisa tetap bertahan. Bagaimana tim manajemen krisis perusahaan menerapkan strategi penyelesaian krisis untuk tetap memepertahankan perusahaan untuk tetap beroperasinal di kala pandemi covid 19 bahkan di bulan Agustus di tahun yang sama yaitu 2020 perusahaan telah kembali merekrut karyawan baru.
