Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the role of self-efficacy and family support on teacher welfare. This study used a quantitative correlational method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, sampling using purposive sampling technique, and the subjects in this study totaled 203 respondents from elementary, junior high, high school and vocational school teachers in West Jakarta. Measuring tool used in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that H1 is accepted, where the results are obtained, the sig value is 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is an influence between the variables of self-efficacy and family support on teacher welfare. Keywords: Self-Eficacy; Family Support; Teacher Welfare Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengetahui peran efikasi diri dan dukungan keluarga terhadap kesejahteraan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling, serta subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 203 responden guru Sekolah Negeri dan Swasta jenjang SD, SMP, SMA, dan SMK di Jakarta Barat. Alat ukur yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa H1 diterima, dimana didapatkan hasil, nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh antara variabel efikasi diri dan dukungan keluarga terhadap kesejahteraan guru.
