Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Inovasi E-PR Pada Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta Pada Saat Pandemi COVID-19 yang terjadi krisis pendapatan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan mengacu pada teori inovasi E-PR menurut Maureen K. Ford and D. Steven White (Kendall Hunt Publishing, 2012), proses (Strategi Inovation) dibidang humas meliputi kegiatan, Membuat keputusan mengenai perubahan cara kerja PR menjadi E-PR dan tujuan program yang dilakukan. Melakukan identifikasi Proses yang dilakukan oleh E-PR. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi dan wawancara mendalam bersama subjek penelitian secara langsung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai Peran Public Relations maupunElectronic Public Relations, dalam menangani aktifitas krisis pendapatan yang terjadi di Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa, Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta memiliki Public Relations yang profesional dalam melakukan inovasi dengan baik seperti Gourme To Go yang dibuat terbukti dapat menjaga brand Four Seasons tetap bertahan disaat krisis pandemic COVID-19 yang terjadi di indonesia. Dan menjadikan Brand Four Seasonssalah satu Brand Hotel Mewah terbaik di Dunia. Kata Kunci : E,PR, Peran E-PR, Inovasi, Gourme To Go by Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta This study aims to determine the Role of E-PR Innovation at the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta during the COVID-19 Pandemic where there was an income crisis. This research is a type of development research with reference to the theory of E-PR innovation according to Maureen K. Ford and D. Steven White (Kendall Hunt Publishing, 2012), the process (Innovation Strategy) in the field of public relations includes activities, Makes decisions about changing the way PR works to E-PR andthe purpose of the program being carried out. Identify the process carried out by E- PR.The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques including observation and in-depth interviews with research subjects directly. Based on the results of research on the Role of Public Relations and ElectronicPublic Relations, in dealing with income crisis activities that occurred at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, the authors can conclude that Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta has professional Public Relations in carrying out innovations well such as Gourme To Go which was made proven to be able to keep the Four Seasons brand afloat during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis that occurred in Indonesia.
