Abstract
This research aims to examine Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction of Production Employees of PT Altusnusa Mandiri. This survey had a total of 110 respondents. Total sampling was used, where the sampling procedure from the research population was based on tenure and age range to fulfill the research objectives. The leadership assessment instrument contained 16 questions and had a reliability of 0.947%. The organizational commitment assessment tool contained 29 questions and had a reliability of 0.947%. The employee job satisfaction assessment instrument contained 35 questions and had a reliability of 0.947%. The analysis of this research utilized multiple regression analysis to determine the magnitude of the effect that will be seen between two independent variables and one dependent variable. According to this research, the significance of the effect of X1 & X2 on Y is 0.000 0.05 and F count 81.749> F table 3.87 which indicates that there is a significant effect simultaneously between X1 & X2 with variable Y. It can be concluded that employee job satisfaction of PT. Altusnusa Mandiri 60.4% can be influenced from the magnitude of the correlation matrix table the highest value between X1 on Y dimension as an organizational representative is 0.596 with the procedure dimension. And the magnitude of the high value correlation matrix table between X2 on the Y dimension of affective commitment of 0.747. Keywords: Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction Riset ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Komitmen Organisasi pada Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan bagian produksi PT. Altusnusa Mandiri. Survei ini mempunyai total 110 responden. Total sampling digunakan, di mana prosedur pengambilan sampel dari populasi riset didasarkan pada masa kerja dan rentang usia untuk memenuhi tujuan riset. Instrumen penilaian kepemimpinan memuat 16 soal dan mempunyai reliabilitas 0,947%. Alat penilaian komitmen organisasi memuat 29 pertanyaan dan mempunyai reliabilitas 0,947%. Instrumen penilaian kepuasan kerja karyawan memuat 35 pertanyaan dan mempunyai tingkat reliabilitas sebesar 0,947%. Analisis riset ini memanfaatkan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui besarnya efek yang akan terlihat antara dua variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Menurut riset ini, signifikansi pengaruh X1 & X2 terhadap Y ialah 0,000 0,05 dan F hitung 81,749 > F tabel 3,87 yang menandakan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan secara bersamaan antara X1 & X2 dengan variabel Y. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Altusnusa Mandiri 60,4% dapat dipengaruhi dari besarnya tabel matrik kolerasi nilai tertinggi antara X1 pada Y dimensi sebagai wakil organisasi sebesar 0.596 dengan dimensi prosedur. Dan besar tabel matrik kolerasi nilai tinggi antara X2 pada Y dimensi komitmen affective sebesar 0.747 Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan,Komitmen Organisasi,Kepuasan Kerja
