Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price, and online customer review. The objects of this research are the people who knows about online travel agent, specifically Tiket.com in Jakarta The type of research used in this research is quantitative and the research method used is the method of causal analysis. The sample used is 153 respondents. The sampling technique using a purposive sampling This research use Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) data analysis and for the data processing technique will use Partial Least Square (PLS). The Population in this research is the objects of this research which are the people who knows about Tiket.com, the online travel agent and for the sample the researcher will use 153 respondents. Sampling technique for this research will use purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the perceived ease of use has a significant effect on Brand Image, Price and Online Customer Review on intention to buy Keywords: Brand Image, Price, Online Customer Review, andPurchase Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Citra Merek, Harga dan Online Customer Review terhadap Minat Beli Tiket Online (Studi Kasus pada Tiket.com) di Jakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kausal. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 153 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang sudah, senang dan akan bepergian Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa semua variabel berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap Minat Beli Kata kunci: Citra Merek, Harga, Online Customer Review, Minat Beli
