Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline, motivation, training and work commitment on employee performance. The population in this study was 116 employees of the Legal Division Work Unit of Mabes Polri. The sample used was all employees. The sampling method used in this study is Nonprobability Sampling. This research is a type of causal associative research. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and data observations. This study used the Smart PLS application version 3.0 for data analysis methods. The results showed that discipline, training and work commitment had a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of the Legal Division of the Mabes Polri. The results showed that motivation did not affect the performance of employees of the Legal Division work unit of Mabes Polri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari disiplin, motivasi, pelatihan dan Komitmen Kerja kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 116 pegawai Satuan Kerja Divisi Hukum Mabes POLRI. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah seluruh pegawai. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Nonprobability Sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi data. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS vers i 3.0 untuk metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bawa disiplin, pelatihan dan Komitmen Kerja kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai satuan kerja Divisi Hukum Mabes Polri. Hasil penelitian menunjukan motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai satuan kerja Divisi Hukum Mabes Polri. Kata Kunci : Disiplin kerja, Motivasi, Pelatihan, Komitmen Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.
