Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa pengaruh citra destinasi, daya tarik wisata, dan pengalaman pendaki terhadap minat kunjung ulang dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening pada pendaki Gunung Gede Pangrango. Intrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini berupa kuesioner terhadap 150 responden yang selanjutnya di analisis secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Analisis deskriptif dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai karakteristik responden dan gambaran variabel penelitian, sedangkan analisis secara kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan SEM – PLS (Partial Least Square) akan digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, dapat diketahui bahwa citra destinasi, daya tarik wisata, dan pengalaman pendaki berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan pada pendaki Gunung Gede Pangrango. Citra destinasi, daya tarik wisata, pengalaman pendaki, dan kepuasan berpengauh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat kunjung ulang pada pendaki Gunung Gede Pangrango. Citra destinasi, daya tarik wisata, dan pengalaman pendaki berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Kunjung Ulang dengan Kepuasan sebagai variable intervening pada pendaki Gunung Gede Pangrango. Kata Kunci : citra destinasi, daya tarik wisata, pengalaman pendaki, minat kunjung ulang, kepuasan, SEM, PLS. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of destination image, tourist attraction, and experience of climbers on intention to return with satisfaction as an intervening variable for climbers of Mount Gede Pangrango. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire to 150 respondents which was then analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Descriptive analysis in this study is used to provide an overview of the characteristics of the respondents and a description of the research variables, while the quantitative analysis carried out with SEM – PLS (Partial Least Square) will be used to test the hypotheses in this study. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it can be seen that the image of the destination, tourist attraction, and experience of climbers has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction among climbers of Mount Gede Pangrango. Destination image, tourist attraction, climber experience, and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on intention to return to climbers of Mount Gede Pangrango. Destination image, tourist attraction, and experience of climbers have a positive and significant effect on Repeat Interests with Satisfaction as an intervening variable for climbers of Mount Gede Pangrango.
