Abstract
The rapid development of the construction industry in addition to providing benefits also poses a considerable risk, where this industry can be said to be vulnerable to work accidents (Ervianto, 2005 Bulannurdin&Sugiyarto, 2013). Work accidents will cause various kinds of losses, namely losses to the company and losses to workers. The loss to the company is paying compensation to the workforce as a result of the accident, while the loss to the worker is the occurrence of injury, disability, and even death. Therefore, when carrying out construction work, it is required to implement an occupational safety and health (K3) system. This study aims to determine the dominant factors in the application of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) in the PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia Factory Construction Project and their effect on worker performance. The stage of this research is the study of various existing literatures to determine the variables to be used. The data used in this study were obtained from a questionnaire (primary) and several observations and direct interviews. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t test. Simultaneously the independent variables in Occupational Safety and Health (K3) consisting of Occupational Safety (X1) and Occupational Health (X2) have a significant influence on the related variable, namely Worker Performance (Y) marked by the equation: Y = 16,885 + 0.125 X1 + 0,090 X2 Pesatnya perkembangan industry konstruksi selain memberikan manfaat juga menimbulkan resiko cukup besar, dimana industry ini dapat dikatakan rentan terhadap kecelakaan kerja (Bulannurdin & Sugiyarto, 2013). Kecelakaan kerja akan menyebabkan berbagai macam kerugian, yaitu kerugian pada perusahaan dan kerugian pada pekerja. Kerugian pada perusahaan yaitu membayar uang ganti rugi kepada tenaga kerja akibat dari kecelakaan, sedangkan kerugian pada pekerja yaitu dapat terjadinya luka, cacat, bahkan kematian. Oleh karena itu, dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi diwajibkan untuk menerapkan system keselamatan dankesehatan kerja (K3). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui factor-factor yang dominan dalam penerapan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) pada Proyek Pembangunan Pabrik PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pekerja. Tahapan penelitian ini adalah mempelajari berbagai literatur yang ada untuk menentukan variabel yang akan digunakan. Data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner (primer) dan beberapa observasi serta wawancara langsung. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis, yaitu uji F dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dalam variabel Keselamatan kerja (X1) terdapat 9 variabel indikator yang memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap kinerja pekerja dan dalam variabel kesehatan kerja (X2) terdapat 3 variabel indikator yang memiliki pengaruh kuat terhadap kinerja pekerja (Y). Secara simultan variabel bebas dalam Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) yang terdiri dari Keselamatan Kerja (X1) dan Kesehatan Kerja (X2) mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terkait yaitu Kinerja Pekerja (Y) ditandai dengan persamaan : Y = 16.885 + 0,125 X1 + 0,090 X2 Kata kunci: Keselamatan Kerja, KesehatanvKerja, K3, Kinerja Pekerja Konstruksi
