Abstract
Growth in Indonesia continues to increase. Of course development in Indonesia will continue to grow, especially in the Jakarta area. Most of Indonesia's territory is an earthquake-prone area. Jakarta is located on the Eurasian tectonic plate (Sukamta in Wicaksono, 2017). The Sumatra and Java faults are the sources of the biggest earthquakes that can have an impact on Jakarta. Along with technological developments in earthquake resistant building planning, an alternative design approach has been developed to reduce the risk of damage to buildings due to earthquakes, and to be able to maintain the integrity of structural and non-structural components against strong earthquakes. One of the planning approach concepts that has been used by many people is to use seismic isolation or base isolation (Arif, 2022). In this final project, an alternative design is carried out to compare the behavior of building structures using shear wall systems, without shear walls and structures with base insulation. Earthquake data and soil conditions used in the analysis are in accordance with the case study locations of this research. The references used in this research are SNI 1726-2019, SNI 1727-2019 and SNI 2847-2020. The analysis was carried out using the response spectra method with the help of the ETABS Version 18 program. The results of the analysis show that the structure with base isolation increases the period of the structure, reduces the base shear force, dampens the drift between floors. So it can be concluded that structures with base isolation are very effective in damping vibrations caused by earthquakes. Tentu saja pembangunan di Indonesia akan terus mengalami berkembang, terutama di wilayah Jakarta. Sebagian besar wilayah Indonesia merupakan daerah yang rawan gempa. Jakarta terletak pada lempeng tektonik Eurasia (Sukamta dalam Wicaksono,2017). Patahan Sumatera dan patahan Jawa inilah yang merupakan sumber gempa terbesar yang dapat mempunyai dampak terhadap Jakarta. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dalam perencanaan bangunan tahan gempa, telah dikembangkan suatu pendekatan desain alternatif untuk mengurangi resiko kerusakan bangunan akibat gempa, dan mampu mempertahankan integritas komponen struktural dan non-struktural terhadap gempa kuat. Salah satu konsep pendekatan perencanaan yang telah digunakan banyak orang adalah dengan menggunakan isolasi seismik atau isolasi dasar (Arif, 2022).Dalam tugas akhir dilakukan desain alternatif untuk mengetahui perbandingan perilaku struktur gedung yang menggunakan sistem dinding geser, tanpa dinding geser dan struktur dengan isolasi dasar.Data gempa dan kondisi tanah yang digunakan dalam analisa sesuai dengan lokasi studi kasus penelitian ini. Acuan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SNI 1726 – 2019, SNI 1727-2019 dan SNI 2847- 2020. Analisa dilakukan dengan metode respon spektra dengan bantuan program ETABS Versi 18. Hasil analisa didapatkan bahwa struktur dengan isolasi dasar meningkatkan periode struktur, mengurangi gaya geser dasar, meredam simpangan antar lantai. Maka ditarik kesimpulan struktur dengan isolasi dasar sangat efektif dalam meredam getaran akibat gempa. Kata Kunci : Gempa, Desain Alternatif, Perbandingan Perilaku Struktur, Dinding Geser, Isolasi Dasar.
