Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of debt policy, intellectual capital and business risk on company value in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements of each sample company reported to the IDX from 2015-2020. The population in this study is a food and beverage sub-sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2020. The sample in this study consisted of 12 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2020 period. Sampling is carried out using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis used in this study is a panel data regression analysis method with the help of Eviews software version 10. The results of this study found that debt policy has a positive effect on company value in food and beverage companies. Intellectual capital has a positive effect on the value of companies in food and beverage companies. While business risk does not affect the value of the company in food and beverage companies. Keywords: Debt Policy, Intellectual Capital, Business Risk, Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji serta menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan hutang, intellectual capital dan risiko bisnis terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor food and beverage yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2020. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan setiap perusahaan sampel yang dilaporkan ke BEI dari tahun 2015-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan sub sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2015-2020. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 12 perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2020. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan software Eviews versi 10. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kebijakan hutang berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan food and beverage. Intellectual capital berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan food and beverage. Sementara risiko bisnis tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan food and beverage. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Hutang, Intellectual Capital, Risiko Bisnis, Nilai Perusahaan
