Abstract
Hotels and Mice many hotels are already standing around us, but hotels and mice only stand by its function without giving a response to the surrounding environment. Often the development of an era in which technology is increasingly advanced MRT and LRT become public transportation which is expected to reduce congestion in the capital city of Jakarta. With the existence of the MRT and LRT the community can use it wisely. By applying the Transit Oriented Development TOD system to the MRT or LRT and hotels it is hoped that the public can enjoy the TOD system. Therefore, this final architectural design is demanded to create a hotel and mice building which must apply Tod's system and Green Architecture theme to respond to the climate in Indonesia. Keywords: Hotel, Mice, MRT, TOD Transit Oriented Development Hotel dan Mice banyak hotel yang sudah berdiri di sekitara kita, namun hotel dan mice hanya berdiri dengan fungsinya saja tanpa memberi respon ke lingkungan sekitar. Sering perkembangan zaman dimana teknologi semakin maju MRT dan LRT menjadi Transpotasi Publik yang di harapkan bisa mengurangi kemacetan di ibu kota Jakarta. Dengan adanya MRT dan LRT masyarakat dapat memanfaatkannya dengan bijak. Dengan menerapkan sitem TOD Transit Oriented Development pada MRT atau LRT dan hotel diharapkan masyarakat dapat menikmati system TOD. Oleh sebab itu perancangan arsitektur akhir ini di tuntut untuk membuat bangunan hotel dan mice dimana di dalamnnya harus menerapkan sitem Tod dan tema Green Arsitektur guna menanggapi iklim di Indonesia ini.
