Abstract

This study aims to analyze the ef ect of system quality, information quality, top management support, perceived benefits, perceived convenience on the successful implementation of the e-procurement system at UT. This research method uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. The population in this study were internal users of the e-procurement system at UT with a total of 357 people. The sample method used is probability sampling, the sampling technique uses stratified random sampling, so the number of samples used in this study is 107 respondents. The data analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS version 3.2.9 program. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the system has a positive and significant ef ect on the successful use of the E-Procurement system at the Open University. The quality of information has a positive and significant ef ect on the successful use of the E- Procurement system at the Open University. Management support has no ef ect on the successful use of the E-Procurement system at the Open University. Perceived benefits have a positive and significant ef ect on the successful use of the E- Procurement system at the Open University. Perceived convenience has a significant ef ect on the successful use of the E-Procurement system at the Open University. Keywords : System Quality, Information Quality, Top Management Support, Perceived Benefits, Perceived Ease of Use, Successful Implementation of E-Procurement Systems Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dukungan manajemen puncak, persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan sistem e-procurement di UT. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna internal sistem e-procurement di UT dengan jumlah sebanyak 357 orang. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 107 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan penggunaan sistem E-Procurement di Universitas Terbuka. Kualitas informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan penggunaan sistem E-Procurement di Universitas Terbuka. Dukungan manajemen tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan penggunaan sistem E-Procurement di Universitas Terbuka. Persepsi manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan penggunaan sistem E-Procurement di Universitas Terbuka. Persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan penggunaan sistem E-Procurement di Universitas Terbuka.
