Abstract
Students have the right to obtain welfare in learning in order to achieve the desired goals. However, welfare in learning has not been given much attention as in the welfare of school students which can greatly result in a decrease in student learning motivation. In this study using a quantitative research design. This study aims to find out how much the relationship between school well-being and students' learning motivation at Asysyakirin Islamic High School, Tangerang City. The respondents obtained 115 students the total number of students from grades 10, 11, 12 using a saturated sample. This study uses the school well-being scale based on Konu and Rimpela (2002) adapted by researchers totaling 16 items and the learning motivation scale according to Uno (2016) adapted by researchers totaling 19 items. using the Pearson correlation test resulted in a value of the proportion of school welfare and learning motivation of 33.7% for Asysyakirin Islamic High School students in Tangerang City. This means that school well-being is positively related to learning motivation in Asysyakirin High School students in Tangerang City. Keywords: School Well-Being, Learning Motivation, Students, High School Siswa memiliki hak untuk mendapatkan kesejahteraan dalam belajar demi menggapai cita-cita yang diinginkan. Namun kesejahteraan dalam belajar siswa belum banyak diperhatikan seperti dalam kesejahteraan sekolahnya yang bisa sangat berakibat menurunnya motivasi belajar siswa. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan school well-being dengan motivasi belajar siswa di di SMA Islam Asysyakirin Kota Tangerang. Adapun responden yang didapat 115 siswa jumlah keseluruhan siswa dari kelas 10, 11, 12 dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala school wellbeing berdasarkan Konu Dan Rimpela (2002) diadaptasi oleh peneliti yang berjumlah 16 item dan skala motivasi belajar menurut Uno (2016) diadaptasi oleh peneliti yang berjumlah 19 item. menggunakan uji korelasi pearson menghasilkan nilai persentase school well-being dan motivasi belajar 33,7% pada siswa SMA Islam Asysyakirin Kota Tangerang. Artinya school well-being berhubungan positif searah dengan motivasi belajar pada siswa SMA Asysyakirin Kota Tangerang. Kata Kunci : School Well-Being, Motivasi Belajar, Siswa, SMA
