Abstract
Hydroponic farming has many advantages that are increasingly in demand by people both in cities and in rural areas. This farming technique has also been increasingly developed with various innovations from hydroponic actors, because hydroponics is indeed free to be created in accordance with the knowledge of the hydroponic actors. It can be seen from the many hydroponic containers or pots that are widely circulating in the community that are homemade products. Therefore, I try to create a hydroponic container by creating an animal character figure design and providing teak material that can add to the aesthetic value of the shape of the container and can be used as room decoration that can be an attraction for people to learn and know more about the techniques. this hydroponics. So that this hydroponic container will be functional if it is not only functioned for room decoration but can also be beneficial to both health and the home environment. Keywords : Hydroponics, Plant's Pot, Pot Character Bertanam secara hidroponik memiliki banyak kelebihan yang semakin hari semakin diminati oleh masyarakat baik di kota ataupun di pedesaan. Teknik bertanam ini pun sudah semakin berkembang dengan berbagai inovasi dari pelaku hidroponik, karena memang hidroponik itu bebas untuk dikreasikan sesuai dengan pengetahuan para pelaku hidroponik. Bisa dilihat dari banyaknya wadah atau pot hidroponik yang banyak beredar di masyarakat yang merupakan hasil buatan sendiri. Oleh karena itu saya mencoba untuk mengkreasikan wadah hidroponik dengan membuat desain bentuk figur karakter hewan dan memberikan material kayu jati yang bisa menambah nilai estetika bentuk wadah dan dapat dijadikan sebagai dekorasi ruangan yang bisa menjadi daya tarik bagi orang-orang belajar dan mengenal lebih jauh mengenai teknik hidroponik ini. Sehingga wadah hidroponik ini nantinya apabila dilakukan secara fungsional tidak hanya berfungsi untuk dekorasi ruangan saja tetapi juga bisa bermanfaat baik bagi kesehatan dan lingkungan rumah.
