Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover and Return on Equity to Stocks Return. The population in this study are property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2019 which reveal 24 companies according to the characteristics set by the researcher. The sample selection used the purposive sampling method and obtained 24 companies. The data collection method uses triangular data, using data from the company's annual financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The research method is causality research with data analysis method using panel data regression analysis with the chosen approach model, namely the Random Effect Model. The results showed that current ratio had no effect on firm value. Meanwhile, total assest turnover and return on equity variable has a positive and significant effect on stock return. Keywords: Current Ratio, Total Assest Turnover, Return on Equity, Stock Return. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover dan Return On Equity terhadap Return Saham. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013-2019 yang berjumlah 24 perusahaan sesuai karakteristik yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tragulasi data, dengan menggunakan data laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang diperoleh dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausalitas dengan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan model yang terpilih yaitu Random Effect Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa current ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham. Sedangkan untuk variabel total assets turnover dan return on equity berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham.
