Abstract

Human resources are a vital object for the company, therefore it is necessary to protect and supervise these resources. PT.X (National Private Broadcasting Institution) is the largest private television station company in Asia and has many studios, one of which is Studio X+ . Studio X+ is used to show various kinds of television shows, to show quality shows so that you can get the maximum profit, it requires coordination of various divisions in the process of making events where one of them is the lighting division. Based on work accident data for 2018 – 2022, the lighting division has several stages of the work process that have the potential to experience work accidents with frequent occurrences. Based on this explanation, the method used is Hazard Identification Risk Assessment And Risk Control (HIRARC) to find out work processes that have the highest risk of accidents and recommend ways to control them. While the fishbone diagram is used to determine the factors causing the occurrence of the work accident. The results showed that the causal factors, namely human factors, equipment factors and environmental factors, had an RRN value of 9, which means that the priority is medium/significant risk with a hazard risk index can be accepted by review by management activities. As for the control efforts with 5W1H analysis. With the existence of risk control is expected to minimize the occurrence of work accidents. Sumber daya manusia merupakan objek vital bagi perusahaan, oleh karena itu diperlukannya perlindungan dan pengawasan terhadap sumber daya tersebut. PT X (Lembaga Penyiaran Swasta Nasional) merupakan perusahaan stasiun televisi swasta terbesar di Asia dan memiliki banyak studio, salah satunya yaitu Studio X + . Studio X+ digunakan untuk menampilkan berbagai macam acara televisi, untuk menampilkan acara yang berkualitas sehingga mendapat keuntungan sebesar-besarnya diperlukan koordinasi berbagai divisi dalam proses pembuatan acara dimana salah satunya yaitu divisi penata cahaya/ lightingman. Berdasarkan data kecelakaan kerja tahun 2018 – 2022 divisi penata cahaya memiliki beberapa tahapan proses kerja yang berpotensi mengalami kecelakaan kerja dengan frekuensi yang sering terjadi. Berdasarkan penjelasan tersebut, metode yang digunakan yaitu Hazard Identification Risk Assessment And Risk Control (HIRARC) guna mengetahui proses kerja yang memiliki risiko kecelakaan tertinggi dan merekomendasikan cara pengendaliannya. Sedangkan fishbone diagram digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab terjadinya terjadinya kecelakaan kerja tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari faktor penyebab yaitu faktor manusia, faktor peralatan dan faktor lingkungan memiliki nilai RRN 9 yang artinya prioritas menengah/ risiko yang signifikan dengan indeks risiko bahaya dapat diterima dengan peninjauan oleh aktivitas manajemen. Adapun upaya pengendaliannya dengan analisis 5W1H. Dengan adanya pengendalian risiko tersebut diharapkan dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan kerja.
