Abstract
Currently competitive industrial conditions, it is impossible to successfully manufacture at low cost and produce quality products without satisfactory suppliers. However, currently many companies in determining suppliers are not accompanied by rational and measurable criteria and evaluation methods, but based on intuition and relationships. So the company must find the right way to select the best supplier and evaluate the supplier among several suppliers to become a supply chain partner. In this research, analyzing the supplier selection of carton is by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. The AHP method is used in making an assessment through pairwise comparisons between elements accurately to determine the weight of each alternative and to test the consistency of each respondent against each criterion and alternative. The results obtained from the AHP method are InterCriteria 0.01, Quality 0.03, Cost 0.04, Delivery 0.01, Flexibility 0.003, and Responsiveness 0.09. This proves that the value of the Consistency ratio (CR) ≤ 0.1% means that the data is correct and is considered consistent. Meanwhile, the Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is used to rank each alternative. The results obtained from the TOPSIS method are based on ranking sequentially, namely PT PBA 0.77, PT ARP 0.50, and PT DAI 0.47. Keywords: Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Carton Packaging, Supplier Selection, Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) Pada kondisi industri yang kompetitif saat ini, sangat tidak mungkin untuk bisa sukses berproduksi dengan biaya rendah dan menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas tanpa pemasok yang memuaskan. Namun saat ini banyak perusahaan dalam menentukan supplier tidak disertai dengan kriteria dan metode evaluasi yang rasional dan terukur, melainkan berdasarkan intuisi dan hubungan relasi. Sehingga perusahaan tersebut harus menemukan cara yang tepat dalam memilih supplier yang terbaik dan mengevaluasi supplier diantara beberapa supplier untuk menjadi mitra rantai pasokan. Pada penelitian ini menganalisis pemilihan supplier kemasan karton menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode AHP digunakan dalam melakukan penilaian melalui perbandingan berpasangan antara elemen secara akurat untuk mengetahui bobot dari setiap alternatif dan menguji konsistensi dari setiap responden pada setiap kriteria dan alternatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari metode AHP yaitu AntarKriteria 0.01, Quality 0.03, Cost 0.04, Delivery 0.01, Flexibility 0.003, dan Responsiveness 0.09. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa nilai Consistency ratio (CR) ≤ 0.1%, berarti data tersebut benar dan dianggap konsisten. Sedangkan pada metode Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) digunakan untuk menentukan ranking dari setiap alternatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari metode TOPSIS berdasarkan ranking secara berurutan yaitu PT PBA sebesar 0.77, PT ARP sebesar 0.50, dan PT DAI sebesar 0.47.
