Abstract
This study applied the concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) at the Light Rail Transit (LRT) station in Palembang City in terms of Transportation and Environmental Aspects. This study discusses the city of Palembang which already has several transit-based transportation such as Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and Light Rail Transit (LRT) as a solution to overcome existing congestion. In this study, the research take several areas that still have congestion points and have not been able to be minimized, namely; (1) Bumi Sriwijaya, (2) Cinde Market, (3) 16 Ilir Market, and (4) Jakabaring. At this location, there were several problem phenomena that are still faced in the implementation of the existing TOD where the community lacks the use of an integrated transportation system, then buildings that have not been integrated or still require distance and time to move. This research used process Hierarchy Analysis Method. This research was the preparation of evaluation and analysis of the determination of the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area in the city of Palembang in terms of transportation and environmental aspects based on the Hierarchy Analysis Method for decision-making method. The research locations reviewed in this study were densely populated areas. In this study using a quantitative research approach. A quantitative approach was used to analyze the determination of the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area in Palembang City in terms of transportation and environmental aspects using Hierarchy Analysis Method decision-making analysis techniques in compiling research discussions. The result of this research was the area that has the potential as a location for the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area in Palembang City is the 16 Ilir Market area (location 3). This area had the highest potential from other areas after the Hierarchy Analysis Method data processing was carried out against the three main criteria for determining the TOD area. The 16 Ilir market had the highest percentage obtained after Hierarchy Analysis Method of data processing. Keywords: Transit Oriented Development (TOD), Hierarchical Method Analysis (AHP), Trasnportation and Environmental Aspects Penelitian ini menerapkan konsep Transit Oriented Development (TOD) pada stasiun Light Rail Transit (LRT) di Kota Palembang dari segi Aspek Transportasi Lingkungan. Dalam pnelitian ini membahas tentang Kota Palembang yang sudah mempunyai beberapa transportasi berbasis transit seperit Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) dan Light Rail Transit (LRT) sebagai solusi dalam mengatasi kemacetan yang ada. Dalam penelitian ini mengambil beberapa area yang masih memiliki titik kemacetan dan belum mampu diminimalisir yaitu; (1) Bumi Sriwijaya, (2) Pasar Cinde, (3) Pasar 16 Ilir, dan (4) Jakabaring. Pada lokasi tersebut terdapat beberapa fenomena masalah yang masih dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan TOD eksisting dimana minimnya pemanfaatan sistem transportasi yang terintegrasi oleh masyarakat, kemudian bangunan gedung yang belum terintegrasi atau masih memerlukan jarak dan waktu untuk berpindah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis Hierarki Proses (AHP). Penelitian ini adalah penyusunan evaluasi dan Analisis Penetapan Kawasan Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Pada Stasiun Light Rail Transit (LRT) di Kota Palembang di Tinjau Terhadap Aspek Transportasi dan Lingkungan berbasiskan metode pengambilan keputusan AHP. Lokasi penelitian yang ditinjau dalam penelitian ini adalah kawasan-kawasan padat penduduk. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitaif. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk melakukan analisa penetapan kawasan Transit Oriented Development (TOD) di Kota Palembang di tinjau terhadap aspek Trasnposrtasi dan Lingkungan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis pengambilan keputusan AHP dalam menyusun pembahasan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini kawasana yang berpotensi sebagai lokasi kawasan Transit Oriented Development (TOD) di Kota Palembang adalah kawasan Pasar 16 Ilir (lokasi 3). Kawasan ini yang memiliki potensi tertinggi dari kawasan lain setelah dilakukannya olah data AHP terhadap ketiga kriteria utama wilayah penetapan kawasan TOD. Pasar 16 Ilir memiliki presentasi tertinggi didapatkan setelah olah data AHP. Kata Kunci : Transit Oriented Development (TOD), Analisis Metode Hirarki (AHP), Aspek Transportasi dan Lingkungan
