Abstract
In early December 2019 the Corona Virus was detected for the first time and one of the efforts to deal with the spread of this virus was carried out by several policies by the Indonesian government, one of which was the implementation of work from home activities. In the process of implementing work from home, there were obstacles - constraints or factors experienced by employees that enable it to affect performance and in this study the three highest factors are work discipline, work environment and work loyalty. The aim of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of work discipline, work environment and work loyalty on the performance of employees of PT. Asuransi Astra Buana. This research is based on a quantitative descriptive approach by collecting data sourced from answer questionnaires with a sample of 150 employees. The population of this study are all employees of PT. Asuransi Astra Buana. The data analysis technique uses regression which is supported by the Microsoft Excel application as a program to process the initial data and SPSS V.26 software. the independent variables of this study, namely work discipline, work environment and loyalty and employee performance are the dependent variables. This research proves that: 1). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 3). Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work discipline, Work environment, Employee loyalty and Employee performance Pada awal Desember 2019 Virus korona untuk pertama kali terdeteksi dan sala satu upaya menangani penyebaran virus ini di lakukan beberapa kebijakan oleh pemerintah indonesia sala satunya adalah dengan memberlakukan aktifitas bekerja dari rumah yang di sebut Work From Home, Dalam proses pelaksanaan work from home, terdapat kendala kendala atau factor yang di alami oleh karyawan yang memungkinkan mempengaruhi Kinerja dan dalam penelitian ini di dapat tiga factor tertinggi yaitu disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan loyalitas kerja. Maksud dari Penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisa dan menjelaskan pengaruh Disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan loyalitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Asuransi Astra Buana. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan cara mengumpulkan data yang bersumber dari jawaban kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 150 karyawan. populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Asuransi Astra Buana. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi yang didukung dengan aplikasi Microsoft Excel sebagai program untuk mengolah data awal dan software SPSS V.26. Variabel independen penelitian ini yaitu disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan loyalitas serta kinerja karyawan adalah variabel dependen. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: 1). Disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 2). Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3). Loyalitas mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, loyalitas kerja dan kinerja Karyawan
