Abstract

One of the important things in a construction project is how the contractor of the construction project manages the safety on the project. In 2018 there were 173.105 cases of accidents in all the working fields in Indonesia that are recorded by (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan). This research will look at the implementation of SMK3 at the project “The Savyavasa Luxury Residence '', located in the South Jakarta area. The main problems are the behavior of the workers in general with most common working on height and the implementation of SMK3 has not been fully implemented properly according to the HSE plan book made for The Savyavasa Luxury Residence project. For the data there will be a questionnaire taken on the project from the managers of HSE and also from the workers on the project. The data will be analyzed with Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS), Hazard Identification And Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Countenance Stake Model. With the result of 33 indicators the most dominant found that in the category of Level of Risk, High Risk is the highest level of risk with 69.7%, Level of Risk, Very High Risk with 27.3% and Moderate Risk 3%. From the results of the analysis there are 7 potential risks that have the highest accident potential, with a risk score of 16 and evaluated with countenance stake model. Salah satu hal penting dalam sebuah proyek konstruksi adalah bagaimana kontraktor proyek konstruksi mengelola keselamatan pada proyek tersebut. Pada tahun 2018 tercatat 173.105 kasus kecelakaan kerja di seluruh lapangan kerja di Indonesia (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan). Penelitian ini akan melihat implementasi SMK3 pada proyek “The Savyavasa Luxury Residence” yang berlokasi di kawasan Jakarta Selatan. Masalah utama adalah perilaku pekerja pada umumnya yang paling sering bekerja di ketinggian dan implementasi SMK3 belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai dengan buku rencana HSE yang dibuat untuk proyek apartemen mewah The Savyavasa Luxury Residence. Untuk datanya akan ada kuesioner yang diambil pada proyek dari para pengelola HSE dan juga dari para pekerja di proyek tersebut. Data akan di analysis dengan Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS), Hazard Identification And Risk Assessment (HIRA) dan Countenance Stake Model. Dengan hasil 33 indikator yang paling dominan ditemukan pada kategori Level of Risk, High Risk merupakan tingkat risiko tertinggi dengan 69,7%, Level of Risk, Very High Risk dengan 27,3% dan Moderate Risk 3%. Dari hasil analisis terdapat 7 potensi risiko yang memiliki potensi kecelakaan paling tinggi, dengan skor risiko 16 dan dievaluasi dengan countenance stake model.
