Abstract
Boutique Hotel is a hotel located in urban or center of city. Hotel boutique is type hotel that not only functioned as a resort, but the other functions as a recreational place to do business. The Hermitge Hotel is a hotel located on the road of Cilacap No.1.Menteng.Central Jakarta. The Hermitage Hotel building is a colonial building that has changed its function. The transition of functions of buildings from telecommunication buildings to hotels made several changes to the interior design of the building. Renovations in buildings are carried out at several points, without changing the original shape. The main concept is, to create the atmosphere of a hotel in colonial times wrapped in a Cozy modern style. The problem of the research is the adaptation of interior design carried out at the Hotel Hermitage colonial building to support the Hotel concept. The study used a descriptive qualitative method approach to analyze hotel interior design against adaptation to colonial buildings. Data collection is done by field observations and depth interviews. Researchers used literature references in the form of books, literature and internet media as guidelines for analyzing data. The results of the Hotel Hermitage research predominantly use colors, materials, light with natural colors, on elements forming, filling and complementing space. The dominance of the combination of colors from white, brown, and blue gradations to the formers, fillers and complementary rooms can give a modern and colonial impression on the building. Openings in the walls of the building in the form of large window doors and windows is an adaptation that has the most influence on the success of the hotel concept because it is able to display the visual of the hotel, as a whole and bring with it the atmosphere around it building. Boutique hotels with the principle of concept emphasis have a dual effect as well as a means of accommodation as well as supporting the city's commercial potential in terms of promoting the character of the city. Key word : Luxury, Authentic, Colonial Cozy Butik Hotel adalah hotel yang terletak di perkotaan atau di pusat kota. Hotel berjenis butik merupakan hotel yang tidak hanya di fungsikan sebagai tempat peristirahatan, tetapi fungsi lainnya sebagai tempat rekreasi hingga berbisnis. The Hermitge Hotel merupakan Hotel yang terletak di jalan Cilacap.No.1.Menteng.Jakarta Pusat .Bangunan The Hermitage Hotel merupakan bangunan kolonial yang mengalami perubahan fungsi. Peralihan fungsi bangunan dari gedung telekomunikasi menjadi hotel membuat beberapa perubahan pada desain interior bangunan. Renovasi pada bangunan dilakukan dibeberapa titik,tanpa merubah bentuk aslinya. Konsep utama yaitu, menciptakan suasana hotel pada masa kolonial dibalut dengan gaya Cozy modern. Permasalahan penelitian ialah adaptasi desain interior yang dilakukan pada bangunan kolonial Hotel Hermitage guna mendukung konsep Hotel. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisa desain interior hotel terhadap adaptasi pada bangunan kolonial. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan obeservasi lapangan dan depth interview. Peneliti menggunakan referensi literature berupa buku, pustaka dan media internet sebagai pedoman menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian Hotel Hermitage dominan menggunaan warna, material, cahaya dengan warna alam, pada elemen pembentuk, pengisi dan pelengkap ruang. Dominasi perpaduan warna dari putih, coklat, dan gradasi biru pada pembentuk, pengisi dan pelengkap ruang mampu memberikan kesan modern sekaligus kolonial pada bangunan. Bukaan pada dinding bangunan berupa pintu dan jendela jendela besar merupakan adaptasi yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap keberhasilan konsep hotel karena mampu menampilkan visual hotel,secara keseluruhan dan membawa serta suasana disekitarnya kedalam bangunan. Hotel butik dengan prinsip penekanan konsep memiliki efek ganda selain sebagai sarana akomodasi juga pendukung potensi komersial kota dalam hal promosi karakter kota tersebut.
