Abstract

PT. Aplus Pacific Jakarta adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur baja ringan. Berdasarkan data turnover rate karyawan PT. Aplus Pacific Jakarta periode 2018-2021, didapatkan hasil turnover karyawan melebihi 10% dalam setahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT Aplus Pacific Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 324 karyawan dengan sampel 179 karyawan dan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin serta metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data yang diolah akan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS Versi 26. Bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhdap turnover intention. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh stres kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional sebesar 46,7% terhadap turnover intention. Based on employee turnover rate data at PT. Aplus Pacific Jakarta for the 2018- 2021 period, employee turnover exceeded 10% in a year. This study aims to measure and analyze the ef ect of job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention of PT Aplus Pacific Jakarta. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 324 employees with a sample of 179 employees, and the detemination of the number of samples using the slovin formula and the method purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The processed data will be analyzed using SPSS Version 26. Job stress has a positive and significant ef ect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a negative and significant ef ect on turnover intention. The coef icient of determination shows the influence of job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of 46.7% on turnover intention.
