Abstract
“Hotels as facilities play an important role because the hotel is demanded to provide better facilities and services for guests. Along with the times, the growing variety of emerging hotels, one of which is a capsule hotel. While capsule hotels, which are designed with full capacity in the Old City area of Jakarta. In general, hotels have a target market for the middle class. The design location located in the Old City area is located in a strategic location and is close to the Stations, Museums and TransJakarta stops. The bedrooms are designed according to the needs of guests who like to stay only one or two nights and do holiday activities outside the hotel. Keywords: Design of Capsule Hotels, Old Town Area, Modern Natural Style. "Hotel sebagai sarana akomodasi memegang peranan penting karena hotel dituntut menyediakan fasilitas dan pelayanan yang semakin baik bagi tamu-tamu. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, semakin berkembangnya ragam-ragam hotel yang bermmunculan, salah satunya adalah hotel kapsul. Adapun Hotel kapsul, yang dirancang berkapasitas berlokasi di kawasan Kota Tua Jakarta. Pada umumnya hotel kapsul mempunyai target pasar bagi kalangan menengah kebawah khususnya. Lokasi perancangan yang berada di kawasan kota tua terletak di lokasi yang strategis dan dekat dengan Stasiun, Museum-museum, dan halte TransJakarta. Kamar tidur yang dirancangpun sesuai dengan kebutuhan tamu wisatawan yang biasa menginap hanya satu atau dua malam saja dan melakukan aktivitias liburan di luar hotel.
