Abstract
Indonesia as a maritime country has a long history of maritime dating from the Srivijaya era to the present. The many historical stories and archives are not well documented in a special forum that can be accessed by everyone. The establishment of the Indonesian Maritime Museum in Tanjung Priok utilizes historic buildings located in the area of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) with the aim of preserving culture, history, stories and evidence of maritime glory from the past, present and future. In addition, to provide meeting facilities and learning media for the maritime port and shipping world in Indonesia. The design of the Indonesian Maritime Museum is located in Jakarta, more precisely in the Tanjung Priok Port area. This design aims to design the interior of the Indonesian Maritime Museum in Jakarta within the scope of Indonesia's maritime history. In addition, it can introduce Indonesia to the world that Indonesia is able to compete in the maritime world. The Design Method used is the process of Analysis, Synthesis and Evaluation. The expected results in this study are to be published in the journal of FDSK UMB interior design students and national journals. While the results of this interior design is to produce an interior design that applies the theme of the Maritime Culture of Wonderful Indonesia in the interior design of the Indonesian Maritime Museum, can provide an interesting interior design, modern, and innovative museum. So that it attracts people back to visit the museum. Kata Kunci: Maritime, Museum, Interior Indonesia sebagai negara maritim memiliki sejarah panjang kemaritiman berawal dari zaman sriwijaya hingga saat ini. Banyaknya kisah dan arsip sejarah tersebut kurang terdokumentasi dalam suatu wadah khusus yang dapat diakses oleh semua orang. Didirikannya Museum Maritim Indonesia di Tanjung Priok memanfaatkan bangunan bersejarah yang berada di wilayah PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) dengan tujuan untuk melestarikan budaya, sejarah, cerita dan bukti kejayaan bahari dari masa lalu, masa sekarang dan masa yang akan datang. Selain itu juga untuk menyediakan fasilitas pertemuan dan media pembelajaran dunia maritim kepelabuhanan dan pelayaran di Indonesia. Perancangan Museum Maritim Indonesia terletak di Jakarta, lebih tepatnya di kawasan Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok. Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk merancang interior Museum Maritim Indonesia di Jakarta dalam lingkup sejarah kemaritiman Indonesia. Selain itu, dapat mengenalkan Indonesia kepada dunia bahwa Indonesia mampu bersaing dalam dunia kemaritiman. Metode Perancangan yang digunakan yaitu proses Analisis, Sintesis dan Evaluasi. Hasil yang diharapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah dapat terpublikasi di jurnal mahasiswa desain interior FDSK UMB maupun jurnal nasional. Sedangkan hasil dari perancangan interior ini adalah menghasilkan rancangan interior yang menerapkan tema Maritime Culture of Wonderful Indonesia dalam perancangan interior Museum Maritim Indonesia, dapat memberikan sebuah rancangan interior museum yang menarik, modern, dan inovatif. Sehingga menarik kembali minat masyarakat untuk mengunjungi museum. Kata Kunci : Maritim, Museum, Interior
