Abstract

In line with the development of science and technology , that in order to improve the quality of higher education to improve the management of the college which takes place on an ongoing basis . This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture , motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of lecturers . Quantitative research approach with the explanatory survey method and data collection tool used questionnaires and interviews . Entire populations Mercu Buana University lecturer while the sample with Probability Sampling technique by 150 lecturers. The type of data used are primary data collection instruments data through questionnaires and interviews with Likert scale . Data were analyzed statistically with the program Statistical Programme for Social Science ( SPSS ) for windows version 21.0.Hasil research indicates that organizational culture , achievement motivation and job satisfaction has positive influence on the performance of lecturers. Based on the determination coefficient, R2 is obtained as much as 0.813 which means that the percentage of contribution variables (81,3%) influence toward the performance of Lecturers. Therefore, Rector of Mercu Buana University have been programme and strategic plan for future must also address issues in human resource problems, specially about Organizational Culture, Achievement Motivation and Job Satisfaction in order to their lecturers for achieving of level higher performance. Keyword : Organizational Culture, Achievement Motivation, Job Satisfaction, performance of Lecturers Sejalan dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, bahwa untuk meningkatkan kualitas perguruan tinggi dilakukan peningkatan manajemen perguruan tinggi yang berlangsung secara berkesinambungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi,motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dosen. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey eksplanatori dan alat pengumpul data digunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Populasi seluruh dosen Universitas Mercu Buana sedangkan sampel dengan teknik Probability Sampling sebesar 150 dosen. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan instrumen pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara dengan skala Likert. Data dianalisis secara statistic dengan program Statistical Programme for Social Science (SPSS) for windows version 21.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasaan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi sebesar (R2 : 0.813) yang berarti bahwa terdapat 81,3% pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap pencapaian kinerja dosen. Oleh karena itu, Rektor Universitas mercu Buana perlu memiliki program dan perencanaan strategic pada masa yang akan datang yang berhubungan dengan isu-isu permasalahan sumber daya manusia, terutama memperhatikan budaya organisasi, motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja agar dosen mampu mencapai kinerja tinggi. Kata Kunci : budaya organisasi, motivasi berprestasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja dosen.
