Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Leadership, Compensation and Work Environment for Employees Turnover Intention at outlets PT Midi Utama Indonesia,Tbk. in Jakarta area, especially for the crew level. The research data is the data of employees of PT Midi Utama Indonesia,Tbk. crew level in the area of Jakarta in January-May 2015. The sampling method used is convenience sampling of population-level employees in Jakarta crew sampled. The analysis method used in this study is multiple regressions. The results showed that Leadership, Compensation and Work Environment simultaneously were having significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention. Partially showed that factors Leadership positive and significant impact on Employee Turnover Intention, Compensation factors are also positive and significant impact on Employee Turnover Intention and Work Environment factor positive and significant impact on Employee Turnover Intention. Compensation is the most powerful variable influence on Employee Turnover Intention at the crew level employees at PT Midi Utama Indonesia,Tbk. in Jakarta area. Keywords : Leadership, Compensation, Work Environment, Employee Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada gerai PT Midi Utama Indonesia,Tbk. di area Jakarta khususnya untuk level crew. Data penelitian merupakan data karyawan PT Midi Utama Indonesia,Tbk. level crew di area Jakarta bulan Januari – Mei 2015. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling dari populasi karyawan level crew di Jakarta yang dijadikan sample. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan. Secara parsial menunjukan bahwa faktor Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan, faktor Kompensasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan, dan faktor Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan. Kompensasi merupakan variabel yang paling kuat pengaruhnya terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan pada karyawan level crew di PT Midi Utama Indonesia,Tbk. wilayah Jakarta.
