Abstract

Fundraising and online donations using crowdfunding methods are nowincreasingly in demand by the public. According to the Kitabisa.com report, theonline donation trend has more than doubled in 2017 - 2018. However, offlinedonations tend to fluctuate and decline, as happened at the Insan Nuraini Indonesia Foundation. Funds receipts are relatively declining, especially in thefourth quarter of 2019. With the potential for donations, one of which is fromzakat of 233.8 trillion, based on research from the National Amil Zakat Agency(BAZNAS) in 2018 and the absorption of new funds at 3.5%, appropriatefundraising and donation methods are needed to optimize the receipt of funds. Inthis research, a fundraising application was implemented using a website-basedcrowdfunding method at the Insan Nuraini Foundation integrated with theziswaq.com platform. This method can increase the receipt of funds and providesatisfaction to donors with reports on the use and distribution of these funds. Keywords: Fundraising, crowdfunding, donation. Penggalangan dana dan donasi online dengan metode crowdfunding kini semakindiminati masyarakat. Menurut laporan Kitabisa.com, tren donasi online meningkat lebih dari dua kali lipat pada 2017 - 2018. Namun, donasi offline cenderungfluktuatif dan menurun, seperti yang terjadi di Yayasan Insan Nuraini Indonesia. Penerimaan dana relatif menurun terutama pada triwulan IV 2019. Denganpotensi sumbangan salah satunya dari zakat sebesar 233,8 triliun berdasarkan riset Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) tahun 2018 dan penyerapan dana barusebesar 3,5%, diperlukan metode penggalangan dana dan donasi yang tepat untukmengoptimalkan penerimaan dana. Pada penelitian ini diimplementasikan aplikasi penggalangan dana dengan metode crowdfunding berbasis website di YayasanInsan Nuraini yang terintegrasi dengan platform ziswaq.com. Cara ini dapat meningkatkan penerimaan dana dan memberikan kepuasan kepada donatur dengan laporan penggunaan dan penyaluran dana tersebut. Kata kunci: Crowdfunding, donasi, penggalangan dana.
