Abstract
Peneliti mencoba melihat bagaimana kemampuan teacher self efficacy terhadap innovative work behavior pada Guru di Islamic Green School. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang Hubungan teacher self efficacy terhadap innovative work behavior pada Guru di Islamic Green School sebagai guru di era new normal seperti ini dimana pembelajaaran terpaksa dilakukan secara online sehingga meningkatnya prilaku inovatif pada guru. Sebanyak 36 responden yang terdiri dari 16 responden laki-laki dan 79 responden perempuan berpropesi sebagai guru di wilayah bekasi dipilih menjadi partisipan dalam bentuk kuesioner secara online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui proses dan teknik nonprobably sampling. Analisis regresi sederhana dalam penelitian ini mengunakan software SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) v.25 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil data yang diterima, dengan nilai hasil pengujian statistik menggunakan software SPSS pada variable Teacher Self-efficacy dan innovative work behavior karena mempunyai nilai pearson correlation atau r hitung = 0,596 atau 59,6 % dengan nilai sig. 0,000 lebih kecil dari < 0,05 (5%). Hubungan Teacher Self-efficacy dan innovative work termasuk dalam kategori tinggi variabel.Yang artinya adalah Ho ditolak. Ha diterima yang artinya bahwa terdapat adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan teacher self efficacy terhadap innovative work behavior pada Guru di wilayah Bekasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi Guru mengenai pentingnya kemampuan self efficacy. Sehingga guru mampu untuk beradaptasi dan lebih meningkatkan kemampuan innovative work behavior dalam mengajar. Kata Kunci : Teacher Self Efficacy, Innovative Work Behavior, Guru. Researchers try to see how the ability of teacher self efficacy towards innovative work behavior on teachers at Islamic Green School. The researcher concludes that it is necessary to conduct research on the relationship of teacher self-efficacy to innovative work behavior in teachers at Islamic Green Schools as teachers in this new normal era where learning is forced to be done online so that innovative behavior increases in teachers. A total of 36 respondents consisting of 16 male respondents and 79 female respondents who work as teachers at the Islamic Green School were selected to be participants in the form of an online questionnaire. This study uses quantitative methods through non-probably sampling processes and techniques. Simple regression analysis in this study using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) v.25 software for windows. Based on the results of the data received, the value of the statistical test results using SPSS software on the variable Teacher Self-efficacy and innovative work behavior because it has a Pearson correlation value or r count = 0.596 or 59.6% with a sig value. 0.000 is less than < 0.05 (5%). The relationship between Teacher Self-efficacy and innovative work is included in the high category of variables. It means that Ho is rejected. Ha is accepted, which means that there is a positive and significant relationship between teacher selfefficacy and innovative work behavior for teachers in the Islamic Green School area. This research is expected to be a reference for teachers regarding the importance of self-efficacy abilities.
