Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation on employee performance (case study in PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia Kebon Jeruk branch ). This research data in the form of some kind of data in the data analysis and completeness of the information is needed, namely primary data obtained directly from the source, in this case the data are derived from responses to questionnaires by the respondent. From a population of 105 employees of the sampling method used was simple random sampling. 44 staff meet the criteria of being sampled. The method of analysis used in this study were multiple linear regression. The results showed that transformational leadership and motivation to work together (simultaneously) significantly affect the performance of employees of PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia Kebon Jeruk branch. Partially transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance and motivation significantly positive effect on employee performance. Leadership transformasioal are variables that most influence on the performance of employees of PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia Kebon Jeruk branch Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (studi kasus di PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia cabang Kebon Jeruk). Data penelitian ini berupa beberapa data baik dalam analisis data maupun kelengkapan informasi yang di butuhkan yaitu data primer yang di peroleh secara langsung dari sumbernya, dalam hal ini data yang berasal dari jawaban kuesioner oleh responden penelitian. Dari populasi 105 karyawan metode sampling yang di gunakan adalah simple random sampling. 44 staf memenuhi kriteria menjadi sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia cabang kebon jeruk. Secara parsial kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasioal merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia cabang Kebon Jeruk. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
