Abstract

Analysis of manpower needs is part of human resource planning. traditionally, human resource planning is an activity in human resource management used by organizations to ensure that they have the right amount and type of human resources, thereby growing certainty that they carry out the work at the right place and time to meet business objectives. This research was conducted to determine the workload of goods inspection by aviation security officers in the security check point (SCP) 1 area, Terminal 3, Soekarno-Hatta Airport with a full-time equivalent method. The results showed that the amount of workload received by the executor is normal and excessive (Overload), for the workload of employees with supervisory positions is low (Underload). Therefore, it is necessary to add employees with executive positions of 1 person each, and supervisors do not have an increase in the number of employees. The optimal number of aviation security employees at each gate security check point 1 to inspect goods is 1 supervisor and 5 executors. Keywords : Manpower Needs, Workload, Full Time Equivalen Analisis kebutuhan tenaga kerja merupakan bagian dari perencanaan sumber daya manusia. Perencanaan sumber daya manusia merupakan aktivitas dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia yang digunakan oleh organisasi untuk memastikan bahwa mereka memiliki jumlah dan jenis sumber daya manusia yang tepat, sehingga tumbuh kepastian bahwa mereka melaksanakan pekerjaan pada tempat dan waktu yang tepat demi memenuhi tujuan bisnis. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui beban kerja pemeriksaan barang oleh petugas aviation security di area security check point (SCP) 1, Terminal 3, Bandara Soekarno-Hatta dengan metode full time equivalent. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Jumlah beban kerja yang diterima oleh pelaksana adalah normal dan berlebihan (Overload), untuk beban kerja karyawan dengan jabatan supervisor adalah rendah (Underload). Oleh karena itu perlunya penambahan karyawan dengan jabatan pelaksana sebanyak 1 orang masing-masing gate, dan supervisor tidak ada penambahan jumlah karyawa. Jumlah optimal karyawan aviation security di masing-masing gate security check point 1 untuk melakukan pemeriksaan barang adalah 1 orang supervisor dan 5 orang pelaksana.
