Abstract

Rosi is a talk show program on Kompas TV. This talkshow is broadcast every Thursday from 20:00 to 21:00 WIB. Rosi talkshow has a semi investigative genre about current issue. Producing a program, especially a talk show, requires the existence of stages that regulate the production process. These stages are intended as a reference so that Rosi's talk show program runs well. In 2020 the spread of the Covid-19 virus attacks the whole world, including Indonesia. This has a very significant impact on the social order in society. The most visible impacts in everyday life are social restrictions and the application of health protocols in the community. The application of the legal product of Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2020 in the DKI Jakarta area is a reference for Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB). The application of rules related to the prevention of the COVID-19 pandemic is a challenge for Rosi's talk show program to optimize the production process in order to maintain its existence. The research paradigm used is a constructivism-interpretivism paradigm where this paradigm has a point of view related to events that occur are the result of a plan that is formed and is a unified whole. This study uses a descriptive qualitative case study method using observation techniques and in-depth interviews. A qualitative approach is used to try to summarize all the activities that occur by interacting with people in these activities and form a single meaning. The results of the research on optimizing the production process of Rosi's talk show program on Kompas TV during the covid-19 period, the period of Strict Large-Scale Social Restrictions I to Strict Large-Scale Social Restrictions II (September-October 2020) is starting from pre-production which includes content planning, support requirements planning and crew optimization. The production stages include resource briefing, on air implementation and tapping implementation. Lastly, post-production includes broadcast evaluation, content editing and program sustainability. Keywords : Talkshow, Program Production Process Rosi merupakan salah satu program acara talkshow di KOMPAS TV. Talkshow ini ditayangkan setiap hari Kamis pukul 20:00 sampai dengan 21:00 WIB. Talkshow Rosi bergenre semi investigative mengenai current issue. Memproduksi sebuah program khususnya talkshow, diperlukan adanya tahapan-tahapan yang mengatur proses produksi. Tahapan tersebut diperuntukan sebagai acuan agar program talkshow Rosi berjalan dengan baik. Pada tahun 2020 penyebaran virus covid-19 menyerang seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia. Hal tersebut memberikan dampak yang sangat signifikan bagi tatanan sosial dalam masyarakat. Dampak yang paling terlihat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari adalah pembatasan sosial dan penerapan protokol kesehatan pada lingkungan masyarakat.Penerapan produk hokum Peraturan Daerah No 2 Tahun 2020 di wilayah DKI Jakarta menjadi acuan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB). Penerapan aturan terkait pencegahan pandemi covid-19 menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi program talkshow Rosi untuk membuat optimalisasi proses produksi guna menjaga eksistensinya. Paradigma penelitian yang digunakan merupakan paradigma constructivisminterpretivism dimana paradigma ini memiliki sudut pandang terkait peristiwa-peristiwa yang terjadi adalah hasil dari sebuah perencanaan yang dibentuk dan merupakan suatu kesatuan yang utuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara mendalam (in depth interview). Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan guna mencoba merangkum segala kegiatan yang terjadi dengan berinteraksi dengan orang-orang dalam kegiatan ini dan terbentuk menjadi satu kesatuan makna. Hasil penelitian pada optimalisasi proses produksi program talk show Rosi di Kompas TV pada masa covid-19 periode Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar Ketat I sampai dengan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar Ketat II (September-Oktober 2020) adalah dimulai dari praproduksi yang meliputi perencanaan konten, perencanaan kebutuhan pendukung dan optimalisasi kru. Tahapan produksi meliputi briefing narasumber, pelaksanaan on air serta pelaksanaan tapping. Terakhir, pada pasca produksi meliputi evaluasi siaran, editing konten dan keberlanjutan program.
