Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kompensasi, Promosi Jabatan dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Turnover Intention dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Moderating pada DepartemenETD (Education Training Departemen) Di PT. Indomarco Prismatama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 karyawan tetap di departemen ETD di PT. Indomarco Prismatama. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 105 karyawan tetap, penetapan sampel digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Mentode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square versi 3.2.9 PLS. Berdasarkan hasil penilitian kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Promosi Jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover intention, Promosi Jabatan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Kompensai, Promosi Jabatan, Pengembangan Karir, Turnover Intention, Kepuasan Kerja This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Compensation, Promotion, and Career Development on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as a Moderating Variable in the ETD Department (Education Training Department) at PT. Indomarco Prismatama. The population in this study were 105 permanent employees in the ETD department at PT. Indomarco Prismatama. The sample used was 105 permanent employees. The sample determination used in this study used the saturated sample method. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square version 3.2.9 PLS. Based on the results of the research, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, promotion has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, promotion has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. , Career Development has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
