Abstract
When compared to other sub-sectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), food and beverage companies are a sector that has a great opportunity to increase every year. In the price book value data for 2015-2019 for the food and beverage sub-sector there are several issuers that are incomplete for their price book value, so only complete data is taken in order to get maximum results in this study, namely 14 issuers. Based on some data and phenomena that occur in the food and beverages sub-sector companies, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect on company value during 2015-2019 which is projected through several ratios, including profitability as measured by Return On Equity (ROE), liquidity as measured by the Current Ratio (CR), company size as measured by the natural log of total assets and solvency as measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The population in this study were 130 financial statements of companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). And the sample is 70 financial statements of Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. While the data analysis method in this study is descriptive and verification analysis. The verification analysis used panel data regression analysis (pooled data). The results of this study are the ratio of Return on Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a positive and significant effect on Price to Book Value (PBV), while the ratio of Current Ratio (CR) and Company Size has no effect on Price to Book. Value (PBV) in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. Keywords: Return On Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Company Size, Debt to Equiy Ratio (DER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) Jika dibandingkan dengan sub sektor lainnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), perusahaan makanan dan minuman merupakan sektor yang memiliki peluang besar setiap tahunnya mengalami kenaikan. Dalam data price book value selama tahun 2015-2019 untuk subsektor makanan dan minuman ada beberapa emiten yang tidak lengkap untuk price book value-nya, maka diambil data yang lengkap saja guna untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dalam penelitian ini yaitu 14 emiten. Berdasarkan beberapa data dan fenomena yang terjadi pada perusahaan sub sektor food and beverages tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap nilai perusahaan selama 2015-2019 yang diproyeksikan melalui beberapa rasio antara lain profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return On Equity (ROE), likuiditas yang diukur dengan Current Ratio (CR), ukuran perusahaan yang diukur dengan log natural total aset dan solvabilitas yang diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 130 laporan keuangan perusahaan pada sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Dan sampelnya sebanyak 70 laporan keuangan Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2015- 2019. Sedangkan metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Analisis verifikatif menggunakan analisis regresi data panel (pooled data). Hasil penelitian ini adalah rasio Return on Equity (ROE) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV), sedangkan rasio Current Ratio (CR) dan Ukuran Perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV) pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019.
