Abstract

Work in the construction world is required to run in accordance with targets, progress, and satisfactory results. Vendor selection is one of the important things in procurement activities for companies, where procurement activities are activities that have important value for the company. The purpose of this study is to be able to choose the right vendor objectively according to the criteria. Problems in PT. BSA related to the field of installation is that there is no method for making decisions when there are many criteria and many decission making. This affects when PT. BSA running the project arises several problems. Based on this problem, the most appropriate method is to use the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method because it can calculate priority weights for many criteria and decision making. The result of this priority weight is PT. BSA gets PT. A became the priority Vendor with the largest weight, namely (0.34) PT. B (0.32) PT. C (0.24). Keywords: Decision Making, Criteria, AHP. Pekerjaan di dunia kontruksi dituntut untuk berjalan sesuai dengan target, progress, dan hasil yang memuaskan. Pemilihan vendor merupakan salah satu hal yang penting dalam aktivitas pengadaan bagi perusahaan, di mana aktivitas pengadaan merupakan aktivitas yang memiliki nilai penting bagi perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat memilih vendor yang tepat secara objektif sesuai kriteria. Permasalahan di PT. BSA terkait pada bidang instalasi adalah belum adanya metode untuk melakukan pengambilan keputusan saat terjadi banyaknya kriteria dan banyaknya pengambilan keputusan. Hal tersebut mempengaruhi saat PT. BSA menjalankan project timbul beberapa masalah. Berdasarkan permasalahan ini metode yang paling tepat adalah dengan menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dipakai karena dapat menghitung bobot prioritas untuk kriteria yang banyak dan pengambilan keputusan. Hasil dari bobot prioritas ini adalah PT. BSA mendapatkan hasil PT. A menjadi Vendor prioritas dengan bobot terbesar yaitu (0.34) PT.B (0.32) PT. C (0.24). Kata Kunci: Pengambilan Keputusan, Kriteria, AHP.
