Abstract
Title : Comparison Analysis of Conventional System Steel Structure with Pre Engineering Building System of Factory Building Phase II Project in terms of Cost and Time, Authors : Azmy Rahmadi, NIM : 41118110011, Lecture : Dr. Ir. Mawardi Amin., MT The Factory Building Phase II Project uses the Pre-Engineering building system. The system is the result of technological developments and innovations from conventional steel structure systems that are generally and widely used. Because the conventional system is less efficient in terms of cost, time and can minimize the weight of the structure when compared to the Pre-Engineering building system. The purpose of this study is to analyze how much the cost and time of the Factory Building Phase II project changes if using a conventional system, analyze the weight of the structure, and obtain a quick way to determine the material weight of the two structural systems. From the results of the analysis of the Factory Building Phase II project work, it is stated that the pre-engineering building method is more efficient in terms of lower cost and faster time than conventional methods. Based on the results of the conventional system, which is 64 days at a cost of IDR 41,706,864,122, while the Pre-Engineering building system is 39 days at a cost of IDR 32,022,146,577.60. From the calculation of the volume of steel construction, it can be concluded that it is more efficient using Tekla software, around 2% per material. Mawardi Amin., MT Pada Proyek Factory Building Phase II menggunakan sistem Pre-Engineering building. Sistem yang merupakan hasil perkembangan teknologi dan inovasi dari konstruksi baja sistem konvensional yang dikenal pada umumnya dan banyak digunakan. Alasannya karena sistem konvensional kurang efisien dari segi biaya, waktu dan bisa mengefisiensikan berat struktur seminimal mungkin jika dibandingkan dengan sistem Pre-Engineering building. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis berapa besarnya perubahan biaya dan waktu proyek Factory Building Phase II jika menggunakan sistem konvensional,menganalisis berat struktur, dan memperoleh cara yang cepat dalam menentukan berat material dari kedua sistem struktur tersebut. Dari hasil analisa pada pekerjaan proyek Factory Building Phase II menyatakan bahwa metode pre-engineering building lebih efisien untuk segi biaya lebih murah dan dari segi waktu lebih cepat dibanding dengan metode konvensional. Berdasarkan dari hasil pada sistem konvensional yaitu 64 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp41.706.864.122, sedangkan sistem Pre-Engineering building yaitu 39 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp32.022.146.577,60. Dari perhitungan volume konstruksi baja didapat kesimpulan lebih efisien menggunakan software tekla sekitar 2% per material. Kata kunci: konstruksi baja, pre engineering building, konvensional, tekla
