Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze whether the work environment has an influence on job satisfaction, compensation has an influence on job satisfaction, the work environment has an influence on employee performance, compensation has an influence on employee performance, job satisfaction has an influence on employee performance, work environment and compensation simultaneously has an influence on employee performance, work environment, compensation, and job satisfaction simultaneously has an influence on employee performance, job satisfaction has an influence on mediating the work environment on employee performance, and job satisfaction has an influence on mediating compensation on employee performance. The population of this research is PT. Omron Manufacturing of Indonesia, with a total sample of 222 employees. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa apakah lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompensasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh dalam memediasi lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh dalam memediasi kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah PT. Omron Manufacturing of Indonesia, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 222 orang karyawan. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
