Abstract

This study was to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity, Profitability, asset structure and asset growth on firm value with the capital structure variable as moderator variable. The population in this study are food & beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2021. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. So that a total of 33 companies were taken in the research sample. The data analysis technique used in this study uses panel data regression and MRA. The results of the analysis show that liquidity have significant positive effect on firm value, while profitability, asset structure and asset growth have significant negative effect on firm value. Capital structure as a moderating variable is able to moderate and weaken the effect of Liquidity, profitability and asset growth on firm value. Capital structure as a moderating variable is able to moderate and strengthen the effect of asset on firm value. Keywords: capital structure, liquidity, profitability, asset structure, asset growth, firm value Penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas, struktur aset dan pertumbuhan aset terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan variabel struktur modal sebagai variabel moderator. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor food & beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018 – 2021. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Sehingga diambil total jumlah 33 perusahaan pada sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi data panel dan analisis regresi moderasi (MRA). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan profitabilitas, struktur aset dan pertumbuhan aset berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Struktur modal sebagai variabel moderasi mampu memoderasi dan memperlemah pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan aset terhadap nilai perusahaan. Struktur modal sebagai variabel moderasi mampu memoderasi dan memperkuat pengaruh struktur aset terhadap nilai perusahaan.
