Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Inflation, Interest Rate and Exchange Rate on the Gold Return in Indonesia. The used Research data is secunder data, it is monthly data about, inflation, The BI rate, exchange rate, and the return gold in Indonesia that get from website Bank Indonesia and Central Bureau of statistics, from January 2009 until December 2013, thus the length of the study periode was 60 months. Analysis of the data used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis simoultaneously showed that inflation , BI Rate and Exchange Rate affects the return of gold in Indonesia. Inflation partially positive significant effect on the Return of Gold in Indonesia , the BI Rate positive significant effect on the Return of Gold in Indonesia and the exchange rate has no effect on the Return of Gold in Indonesia. Keyword: Inflation, BI Rate, Exchange Rate, Return Gold in Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh inflasi, BI rate, dan nilai tukar terhadap return emas di Indonesia. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yaitu data bulanan dari seluruh variabel, yaitu data inflasi, data BI rate, data nilai tukar dan data return emas di Indonesia, yang diperoleh dari website resmi Bank Indonesia dan Biro Pusat Statistik, dari bulan Januari 2009- Desember 2013, dengan demikian panjang penelitian ini adalah 60 bulan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisisnya menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama sama inflasi, BI rate dan nilai tukar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return emas di Indonesia. Secara parsial, inflasi berpengaruh positif dan dignifikan terhadap return emas di Indonesia, Bi rate berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return emas di Indonesia dan nilai tukar tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return emas di Indonesia.
