Abstract
This study entitled Effect of Implementation of Curriculum 2013 and the Working Environment Teacher Performance Against SMA Rayon 08 Jakarta Barat. The purpose of this study describes and analyzes the effect of the implementation of kurikulm 2013, and the work environment on the performance of teachers. The population in the study were 205 teachers from five SMA Rayon 08 Jakarta Barat, with a sample of 130 people. Samples were taken with the proportional random sampling technique. Techniques of data collection using questionnaire instruments. Validity of the items tested by the product moment correlation person, while the coefficient of reliability was tested with Cronbach alpha formula. Collectively there are significant implementation of curriculum in 2013 and the work environment on the performance of teachers. The strength of the effect on teacher performance by sixty-one point three percent. Very strong correlation between the dimensions of the physical environment in the working environment variables and learning activities in the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 with the work ethic. Furthermore, the partial there is a significant positive influence on the performance of the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 as a teacher and there is a partial influence on the performance of teachers' work environment. The strength of the effect of the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 on teacher performance is greater than the work environment on teacher performance. Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri Rayon 08 Jakarta Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh implementasi kurikulm 2013 dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 205 orang guru-guru dari lima SMA Negeri Rayon 08 Jakarta Barat, dengan sampel sebanyak 130 orang. Sampel diambil dengan teknik Proporsional Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Validitas butir item diuji dengan korelasi product moment person, sedangkan koefisien reliabilitas diuji dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Terdapat pengaruh bersama implementasi kurikulum 2013 dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Kekuatan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja guru sebesar enam puluh satu koma tiga persen. Korelasi sangat kuat terjadi antara dimensi lingkungan fisik dalam variabel lingkungan kerja dan kegiatan pembelajaran dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 dengan etos kerja. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan implementasi kurikulum 2013 terhadap kinerja guru dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Kekuatan pengaruh implementasi kurikulum 2013 terhadap kinerja guru lebih besar dibandingkan dengan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru.
